When All Down or Original was being used followers were not being assaulted. I was having an issue with NPC's not taking down my PC and NPC's not assaulting my followers once I was taken down. In the Approach MCM menu under Debug, the button also says 'Click' instead of probably 'CLICK' So When I deactivate Approach and start a new game defeat once again in the MCM buttons show back up as all uppercase 'CLICK' and not 'Click'. It appears that Approach is causing an issue with Defeat. I installed the new Approach 2.41 along with the newer Defeat 1.41.
